• Spacious bedroom with access to the cupboards, no lowered hang rail. Height of the bed is 620 mm and leg space of 630 mm at the desk. Access to the small kitchenette.
• Adequate space in the bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. No bath present.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 700 mm and height of toilet seat is 420 mm. The grab rail is not within reach.
• Large roll-in shower with a lever tap, overhead shower and grab rail.
• No leg space underneath the basin with a lever tap and top height of basin is 830 mm. Shelf on wheels. No mirror within reach.
• Level access from the in-door entrance of the room to the lounge and dining room. Access to the patio with a small threshold step. Three steps down to access the swimming pool and garden.
