• The house can also be rented out as a single self-catering house with 3 bedrooms. Breakfast is available on request.

• The bathroom is narrow and it is not possible to turn a wheelchair in front of the basin, only in the shower. Roll-in shower with a lever tap and overhead shower. The dimensions of the open shower are 1120 x 1142 mm.
• No leg space at the basin with a lever tap. Height of the vanity shelf is 880 mm and top height of the basin is 1050 mm. No mirror within reach. The distance between the wall and the basin is 840 mm.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 700 mm height of toilet seat is 470 mm. No grab rails present.
• Level access to the communal lounge and kitchen in the guest house. The kitchen may be used by all the guests.
• One large step to access the undercover, tiled barbecue lounge outside the kitchen. The surface of the garden is covered with small stones.
