• No bath present.
• Adequate leg space of 750 mm underneath the basin with a lever tap. A small cart with storage shelves on wheels is available. No mirror within reach.
• Adequate space in bedroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair with access to cupboard and lowered hang rail. Height of bed is 500 mm.
• Spacious lounge and kitchen in the cottage with appliances within reach.
• Access available to the lounge, dining room and garden.
