• Limited leg space of  670 mm underneath the basin with a lever tap and a shelf. Height of wall mirror is 114 mm. An adjustable mirror is present.
• No shower available.
• Adequate space in bedroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair with access to cupboard and lowered hang rail.
• Lowered peephole present in bedroom door.
• Access available to the lounge and dining room.
• Access available to the patio, but steps present to the pool
