- Leg space of 750 mm underneath the shelf and basin with a lever tap. Top height of basin is 860 mm. No mirror within reach.
- Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 670 mm and distance between wall and toilet midline is 510 mm. Height of toilet seat is 470 mm. Horizontal grab rail not within reach.
- The other units have roll-in showers with different lay-outs in the bathrooms.
- Level access to the lounge, dining room and communal kitchen in the guest house.
