• Leg space of 600 mm at the basin with lever taps. Mirror and shelf within reach.
• Large double roll-in shower with a very small seat. The height of the lever tap is 1020 mm and height of shower head is 960 mm. The vertical grab rail is not within reach. Height of the horizontal rail is 640 mm.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 650 mm and height of toilet seat is 460 mm. Height of grab rail is 900 mm.
• Level access to the living room and undercover patio with built-in barbecue. Adequate leg space at the dining table, kitchen basin and worktop.
• Paved access to the heated indoor swimming pool, shop and restaurant at the main building.
