• Adequate space in spacious bathroom for maneuvering of wheelchair. A deep bath is available.
• Leg space of 720 mm at both the basins with lever taps. No shelf available and mirror is not within reach.
• Roll-in shower with an adjustable hand-held shower, lever tap and three grab rails present. Height of built-in seat is 540 mm and width of shower is 740 mm.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Height of seat is 450 mm. A drop-down rail with a height of 750 mm is placed on the transfer side of the toilet.
• Level access to the lounges, dining room and bar on the ground floor. Access to the patio and garden with a swimming pool.
