• Level access via a paved parking area to the main house and reception. Level access from the paved parking bay over a grassed area to the back door of Room 8. The rooms are situated in a separate building in the garden with steps at the front entrance.
• Spacious bedroom with one double bed. Height of bed is 810 mm, including the feet of 10 mm – feet will be removed on request. Leg space of 830 mm at the desk. Bedroom cupboard within reach. No lowered hang rail. Level access to the private patio in the garden.
• Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. Width of door entrance is 750 mm. No bath available. The inter-leading room no. 7 has a similar roll-in shower.
• The height of the basin with lever tap is 910 mm. No mirror within reach.
• Roll-in shower with lever tap and adjustable overhead shower. The hand shower can be removed from the wall connection. Width of shower entrance is 800 mm.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 760 mm and height of toilet seat is 410 mm. No grab rails available.
• Level access to the spacious lounge and dining area in the main house. Paved access to the swimming pool.
