• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 700 mm and height of toilet seat is 490 mm. Height of drop down grab rail, situated on the transfer side of the seat is 850 mm. no wall or cistern rail present.
• Access with a wheelchair lift to the large open plan living/dining/kitchen room and patio on the top level of the house.
• Access to the garden and swimming pool from the downstairs lounge and patio via a ramp and paved pathways. Beach wheelchair is available to access the Noordhoek beach in front of the house.
