• Adequate leg space underneath the basin with lever taps. Mirror within reach. No shelf present.
• Adequate space next to the toilets for side-ways transfer. Grab rails present.
• Level access to the lounge and kitchen. Access over grass to the private buildt-in barbecue and the communal pool.
• Extremely difficult access to the beach via a few steps and very long, steep boardwalk.
