• Roll-in shower in the separate bathroom with a lever tap and overhead shower. Width of entrance is 950 mm.
• En-suite bathroom: Leg space of 760 mm underneath the basin with lever tap and mirror within reach. Top height of basin is 900 mm. Basin in separate bathroom has limited leg space.
• Adequate space next to the toilets for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 650 mm and height of toilet seat is 440 mm. Height of grab rail is 800 mm. Limited access to grab rail in en-suite bathroom.
• Level access to the kitchen facilities, lounge, dining area and private patio with barbecue. Dining room table seats 6 people; has adequate leg space.
