• Adequate space in 2 bathrooms for manoeuvring of wheelchair. Main bedroom has en-suite bathroom with a bath. Height of bath is 480 mm.
• Separate bathroom has a roll-in shower with lever tap and a small shower seat. Overhead shower as well as hand shower present. Width of shower entrance is 1060 mm. No grab rails.
• Leg space of 680 mm underneath the basin with lever tap. No mirror within reach.
• Limited space next to the toilets for side-ways transfer. Height of seat is 450 mm. No grab rails present.
• Level access to the kitchen facilities, lounge, dining area and private patio with barbecue.
