• Spacious bedrooms for manoeuvring of wheelchair. Limited access to the cupboards.  Height of bed is 600 mm.
• Adequate space in bathrooms. Width of bathroom no.1 is 750 mm with sliding door access. No bath available.
• Each shower has a very small step at entrance and adequate space to fit a wheelchair. Width of shower is 840 mm
• Leg space of 730 mm and height of basin is 980 mm in room no.1. Basin fitted in cupboard in room no.2.  No mirror within reach.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer, limited space for turning in room no.1. Limited transfer space, adequate turning space in room no.2. Height of toilet is 420 mm. No grab rails.
• Level access to the lounge and dining area on the patio.
• One flight of stairs to access the garden and swimming pool.
