• Level access to the side entrance of the hotel via a paved pathway from the  parking bays. Stairs at the main entrance.
• Adequate space in the two bedrooms with access to the cupboards.  No lowered hang rail. Height of bed is 520 mm. Access to the kitchenette facilities in the first bedroom.
• Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. Door opens to the inside. No bath available.
• Roll-in shower with standard taps and overhead shower. Width of shower is 820 mm.
• Leg space of 690 mm underneath the basin with standard taps. No shelf or mirror within reach.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Height of toilet seat is 450 mm. No grab rails at present.
• Level access to the lounge, dining area and patio of the hotel.
