• Limited leg space underneath the basin with standard taps. Height of vanity table is 720 mm. No mirror within reach.
• Adequate space next to the free-standing toilet for transfer. Height of toilet is 420 mm. No grab rails present.
• Access to the lounge and dining area in the main house via a wooden ramp. Level access to the garden.
