• Limited leg space underneath the basin with standard taps. Height of vanity table is 720 mm. No mirror within reach.
• Adequate space in front of the toilet for forward transfer in Plum bathroom. Side-ways transfer space in Grape bathroom. Height of toilet is 420 mm. No grab rails present.
• Level access to the lounge and dining area. A wooden ramp is available for access to the paved patio and garden.
