• large shower seat is 460 mm. Width of shower entrance is 1400 mm. Grab rail present.
• Leg space of 640 mm underneath the basin with lever taps. Mirror and shelf within reach.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. The shelf will be removed on request. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 710 mm and height of toilet seat is 490 mm. Height of cistern rail is 830 mm. Wall grab rail not within reach.
• Access to the lounge and dining room in the main building.
• Access to the garden, swimming pool and barbecue patio.
