• Roll-in shower with an adjustable shower, lever tap and large shower seat.  The horizontal grab rail and shower head is not within easy reach of seat.
• Leg space of 620 mm underneath the basin with lever tap and vanity shelf. Mirror not within reach.
• Limited space of 520 mm next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 530 mm and height of toilet seat is 450 mm. Wall grab rail not within easy reach.
• Level access to the lounge and dining room. One step of 9 cm to access the patio.
• One large step of 17 cm to access the pool deck.
