• Access to the self-catering House via a long wooden ramp from the parking area on the lawn. Vehicle access to the main lodge.
• Spacious bedroom with access to the cupboards and lowered hang rail. Height of bed is 500 mm.
• Adequate space in the bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. Bath available in second bathroom.
• Roll-in shower with standard taps and a small shower seat. Height of adjustable shower head is 1480 mm.
• Leg space of 690 mm underneath the basin with standard taps and mirror. No shelf within reach.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 730 mm and height of toilet seat is 490 mm. Height of grab rails is 800 mm.
• Level access to the kitchen facilities, lounge and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
• Access available to the thatched boma and the trout dam across the lawns.
