• Adequate space in the bedroom with access to the lowered hang rail in the cupboard. No access to the shelves in the cupboard. Two twin beds in the room, but a double bed also fits in the room against the wall on one side.  Height of bed is 520 mm.
• Spacious bathroom for maneuvering of wheelchair. No bath available.
• Roll-in shower with a lever tap and adjustable shower head. Width of shower is 1130 mm and entrance is 780 mm.
• Leg space of 750 mm underneath the basin with a lever tap. No shelf present. Mirror not within reach.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 700 mm and height of toilet seat is 420 mm. Height of grab rail is 700 mm.
• Level access to the lounge and dining area in the main house via an undercover pathway.
• Access available to the swimming pool and outdoor dining area.
