• Adequate space next to the side toilet for transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 730 mm and height of toilet seat is 440 mm. No grab rails present.
• Level access to the kitchen facilities, lounge and private patio with barbecue. Leg space available at the dining room table.
• Access available to the main house and guest facilities.
