• Spacious bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. Double doors open to the inside. No bath available.
• Roll-in shower with a lever tap and overhead shower. Width of shower is 1200 mm and entrance is 1030 mm.
• Leg space of 580 mm underneath the large basin with a lever tap and vanity shelf. Mirror within reach. Leg space of 720 mm at the small basin.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 68 mm and height of toilet seat is 420 mm. Grab rails present.
• Level access to the restaurant, lounge and bar.
• Access to the garden via pathways and grass. Two steps to access the swimming pool deck.
