• Limited space next to the toilet. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 880 mm and height of toilet seat is 490 mm. Height of cistern rail is 800 mm and wall grab rail is 700 mm.
• Adequate space in the kitchenette with access to all the facilities.
• Access via a ramp to the garden and pool.
