• Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. Width of sliding door entrance is 800 mm. No bath available.
• Roll-in shower with a lever tap and adjustable showerhead. Shower seat and grab rails will be fitted soon.
• Leg space of 720 mm underneath the basin with a lever tap and mirror within reach. Shelves on wheels available at basin.
• Space of 740 mm next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 690 mm and height of toilet seat is 490 mm. Height of grab rails is 810 mm.
• Level access via the elevator to second level with spacious lounge, dining room, enclosed balcony and patio.
• Spacious kitchen with access to all the facilities. Leg space at the basin is 660 mm. Height of stove is 880 mm.
• Level access via the elevator to the laundry room, games room, outside bedroom, garden and barbecue area.
