• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 700 mm and height of toilet seat is 480 mm. Height of grab rails is 810 mm.
• Access available to the kitchen facilities and height of work area is 900 mm. No accessible dining facility in the chalet – height of breakfast bar is 1180 mm.
• Level access to the patio and barbecue facilities. Leg space at patio table is 720 mm.
