• Access from the gravel parking area to the cottage via a cement pathway.
• Ample space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair.
• Spacious roll-in shower with a small collapsible seat, adjustable shower handle and a vertical grab rail. The shower handle, taps and grab rail are not within reach of the seat.
• Space available next to the toilet with one grab rail available for transfer. The other grab rail next to the toilet is placed above the level of the cistern and not within reach.
• No bath available.
• Leg space underneath the basin with a lever tap and shelf next to the basin. No mirror available within reach.
• Ample space in the bedroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair with cupboards within reach.
• Adequate space in the kitchen and cooking facilities is within reach.
• Assistance is needed to use this facility. Suitable for motorised chairs if gravel parking can be negotiated.
