• One spacious bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with two single beds. Access to the cupboards.  No lowered hang rail. Height of bed is 520 mm.
• Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. No roll in shower available.
• A corner bath available with regular taps and a handheld shower head. Height of bath is 520 mm.
• No leg space available underneath the basin. Height of basin is 740 mm. No shelf or mirror within reach.
• Adeqaute space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 690 mm and height of toilet seat is 410 mm. No grab rails at present.
• Level access to the spacious lounge and dining area. Adequate space in the kitchen.
• Access to the paved patio in the garden.
