• Leg space of 780 mm underneath the basin with lever tap and vanity shelf. Mirror not within reach.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 720 mm and height of toilet seat is 490 mm. Height of grab rails is 800 mm. Distance between wall and centre line of toilet is 600 mm.
• Level access to the dining room and the lounge. No access to the pool on the rooftop.
