• Large roll-in shower with swing doors, handheld as well as overhead showers and lever tap. Height of large shower seat is 470 mm and grab rail is 830 mm.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 660 mm and measurement from wall to middle of toilet seat is 520 mm. Height of toilet seat is 420 mm. Height of wall grab rail is 680 mm.
• Leg space of 740 mm underneath the basin with a lever tap. No mirror within reach.
• Access to the main house and dining room along the patio via an outside door with a small threshold step of 50 mm.
• One small step to access the swimming pool and garden.
