• Adequate space next to the toilet for transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 700 mm and height of toilet seat is 430 mm. No grab rails at present.
• No leg space underneath the basin with regular taps. Mirror and shelf within reach. Height of basin is 900 mm.
• Level access available to the lounge, bar and dining room.
• Access available to the patio outside the room.
