• Access to the hotel from the undercover parking bay via a steep ramp. Two standard size parking bays are being used.
• Adequate space in the bedroom with access to the cupboards. No lowered hang rail. Height of bed is 650 mm and leg space at the desk is 730 mm.
• Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. No bath available.
• Roll-in shower with entrance and width of 730 x 930 mm. The lever tap is not within reach of the adjustable shower handle. Grab rails and very small seat present.
• No space next to the toilets for side-ways transfer. Height of toilet is 430 mm. One of the toilets has a wall grab rail.
• Leg space of 730 mm underneath the basin with a lever tap. One of the basins has a shelf within reach. No mirrors within reach.
• Lower peephole present in bedroom door.
• Level access to the restaurant, lounge and pool deck. Two steps down to the pool patio and garden.
