• Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. Door opens to the outside. Turning space of 840 mm on the inside of the bathroom door at entrance. Height of bath is 500 mm.
• Roll-in shower with grab rails and adjustable shower handle. Height of lever tap is 1120 mm.
• Adequate space in front of the toilet for transfer. Height of toilet seat is 460 mm. Height of cistern rail is 960 mm and grab rail is 800 mm.
• Leg space of 740 mm underneath the basin with lever tap. No mirror within reach.
• Level access to the restaurant via double-leaf doors at the bar entrance in the manor house. One small step at entrance to the lounge in the garden.
• Access to the garden, pool and lounge via several ramps and paved walkways.
