- Leg space of 670 mm underneath the basin with lever tap. Height of shelf is 1090 mm. The large mirror is tilted forward. No mirror available for shaving.
- Access available to the lounge and dining room via a long ramp.
- One step to access the pool and patio through the exterior doors of the lounge.
