• Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. No bath available.
• Roll-in shower with lever taps and a hand held shower. No overhead shower present.  Height of small seat is 540 mm and grab rail is 680 mm.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 720 mm and height of toilet seat is 500 mm. No grab rails available.
• Leg space of 750 mm underneath the basin with lever taps. Mirror within reach. No shelf available.
• Access available to the kitchen facilities and fridge on the patio. Height of table is 770 mm.
• Access available to the restaurant, shop and patio.
• Access to the pool and day visitors’ area with accessible facilities.
