• Spacious bedroom with access to cupboards and lowered hang rail. Height of bed is 500 mm.
• Adequate space in bathrooms for manoeuvring of wheelchair. No bath.
• Roll-in shower with a lever tap and adjustable shower handle. Height of shower seat is 470 mm. Width of shower entrance is 970 mm.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 730 mm and height of toilet seat is 48 mm. Height of grab rail is 890 mm.
• Leg space of 630 mm underneath the basin with lever taps and mirror within reach. No shelf.
• Access to the kitchen facilities with space of 800 mm between the two counters. Height of kitchen top is 910 mm and dining top is 1010 mm. Leg space of patio table is 690 mm and height of barbecue is 1130 mm.
• The fossil trail is accessible. No access to bird hide.
