• Adequate space in two bathrooms for manoeuvring of wheelchair. Width of sliding door entrance is 720 mm.
• Roll-in shower with regular taps and overhead shower. Width of shower entrance is 800 mm.
• Limited space next to the toilet for transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 680 mm and height of toilet seat is 400 mm. Height of wall grab rail is 580 mm.
• Leg space of 430 mm underneath the basin with regular taps. Mirror within reach. No shelf available.
• A sunken bath is available in the second bathroom.
• Access available to the lounge, kitchen and private patio.
• Access available to the restaurant and pool via paved pathways. The pool has a gradual slope from the shallow end into the water.
