• Limited space next to the toilet for transfer. Height of seat is 450 mm.
• Leg space of 700 mm underneath the basin with a lever tap and mirror within reach. No shelf within reach.
• Spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge with a double sleeping couch.
• Unit R has an open-plan layout, including the sleep and living area and a kitchenette. Height of double bed is 520 mm and twin beds included.
• Adequate space in the bathroom with sliding door access. Roll-in shower with standard taps and a handheld shower. No bath available.
• Space in front of the toilet for transfer. Toilet is built on a raised platform and footrests need to be removed for transfer. Height of toilet seat is 520 mm and height of grab rail is 760 mm.
• Leg space of 700 mm underneath the basin with a lever tap and mirror within reach. No shelf within reach.
• Paved pathways lead to the garden and barbecue facilities.
