• Adequate space in the bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. Height of bath with grab rail is 570 mm.
• Leg space of 660 mm at the basin with lever tap, No mirror or shelf within reach.
• Roll-in shower with a hand-held shower and small knob tap. The height of shower head is 1550 mm and not within reach. The height of the small shower seat is 460 mm. Width of open shower door is 990 mm.
• Space of 680 mm next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 680 mm and height of toilet seat is 420 mm. Height of grab rail is 800 mm.
• Level access to the hotel lounge and dining room as well as paved access to the patio and garden.
