  • Roll-in shower with regular taps and shower chair. Height of adjustable shower head is 1330 mm.
  • Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 720 mm and height of toilet seat is 430 mm. No grab rails present.
  • Leg space of 650 mm underneath the basin with regular taps. Shelf and mirror not within reach.
  • No bath available.
  • Access to the outdoor braai facilities via a pathway from the main entrance. One small step at the patio. Gravel stones in the courtyard outside the rooms.
