- Roll-in shower with a lever tap and adjustable shower handle – not within reach of the seat. Height of lowered showerhead is 1440 mm.
- No bath available.
- Limited leg space underneath the basin with lever taps and mirror within reach. No shelf available. Top height of basin is 740 mm.
- Two spacious bedrooms with a double and single bed each. Height of bed is 590 mm. Access to the kitchen facilities and ample space in the lounge and diningroom.
- Access available to the shop, both restaurants and outdoor dining area via paved pathways.
- Access available to the pool and Wetland boardwalk
