• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 700 mm and height of toilet seat is 500 mm. Height of grab rails is 920 mm.
• Roll-in shower with a lever tap and adjustable shower handle within reach.  Height of grab rail is 700 mm and height of seat is 530 mm. Overhead shower present as well.
• No bath available.
• Leg space of 670 mm underneath the basin with lever taps and mirror. No shelf within reach.
• Spacious bedroom with access to cupboards. No lowered hang rail. Height of bed is 580 mm.
• Height of kitchen counter with foot board is 860 mm and leg space of kitchen table is 750 mm. Level access to the patio with barbecue facilities.
• Access available to the restaurant, shop and patio in the main building
• Access available to the pool and the boardwalk along the river.
