• Access to the patio of the bungalows via a small ramp from the paved pathways and parking areas.
• Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 740 mm and height of toilet seat is 500 mm. Height of wall grab rail is 870 mm and cistern grab rail is 900 mm.
• Roll-in shower with regular taps and adjustable shower handle at height of 1350 mm.  Height of grab rail is 750 mm and height of seat is 470 mm. Shower handle is not within reach of seat. Width of shower entrance is 1060 mm.
• No bath available.
• Leg space of 650 mm underneath the basin with a lever tap for hot water and regular tap for cold water. Mirror and shelf within reach.
• Adequate space in bedroom with three single beds and access to cupboard. No lowered hang rail. Height of bed is 620 mm. Access available to the kitchen facilities on the veranda. Height of kitchen shelf is 900 mm. Table with leg space of 670 mm.
• Access available to the main buildings via paved pathways and hard ground. Access to the shop via a ramp. One small step at reception.
