• Leg space of 720 mm underneath the basin with a lever tap. Height of shelf is 840 mm. Height of bottom step below the basin is 90 mm. No mirror within reach at present.
• Spacious bedroom with double bed and sleeper couch. Access to cupboards. No lowered hang rail. Height of bed is 570 mm.
• Access available to the dining room, lounge and patio.
• Access available to the boma, garden and the pool.
