• Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. Small tile edge on floor around the shower.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Wall and cistern grab rails present.
• Roll-in shower with regular taps, adjustable shower handle and a large collapsible seat. Vertical and horizontal grab rails present for transfer.
• No bath available.
• Adequate leg space underneath the basin with a cold water lever tap and a regular tap. Mirror within reach. No shelf available.
• Adequate space in bedroom with access to cupboards.
• Adequate space available in the lounge and kitchen with cooking facilities within reach.
