• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 690 mm and height of toilet seat is 430 mm. Height of cistern rail is 990 mm. Not possible to close door.
• Roll-in shower with a lever tap and regular showerhead. Width of shower entrance is 760 mm.
• No bath available.
• Leg space of 660 mm underneath the basin with a lever tap. Height of top edge of basin is 850 mm. Shelf and mirror within reach.
• Spacious bedroom with access to cupboards and lowered hang rails. Height of bed is 430 mm. Outside door of room has one step to the patio.
• Access available to the lounge and dining room.
• Upgrading is expected soon.
