• Paved pathway to the outdoor unit via a suitable ramp from the paved parking area. The parking area is surrounded  by gravel. Width of undercover unit entrance door is 840 mm.
• Spacious bedroom with a double bed and couch. Height of the bed is 560 mm. Access to cupboards. No lowered hang rail or desk. Access to the kitchenette.
• Spacious bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. The bath has suitable transfer space, hand held shower and  height is 520 mm. Grab rail not within reach.
• Adequate space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 700 mm and height  of toilet seat is 430 mm. Height of grab rails is 800 mm.
• Roll-in shower with standard taps, small seat and adjustable hand shower. Height of grab rail is 1160 mm and not within reach.
• Leg space of 730 mm underneath the basin with lever taps. Top height of basin is 790 mm. No mirror or shelf within   reach.
• Paved pathway entrance to the dining room. Paved pathway and gravel to access the garden and gazebo.
