• Access to the unit via a concrete pathway and a ramp from the ground parking area. A double sliding door gives access directly into the bedroom from the patio.
• Spacious bedroom with access to cupboards. No lowered hang rail. Height of two single beds is 620 mm.
• Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. No bath available.
• Roll-in shower with a lever tap, adjustable showerhead and an overhead shower. Height of seat is 540 mm.
• Limited space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 730 mm and height of toilet seat is 510 mm. Height of wall grab rail is 900 mm and cistern grab rail is 920 mm.
• Leg space of 700 mm underneath the basin with lever taps. Mirror within reach.
• Access available to the kitchen facilities and fridge on the patio. Leg space of 900 mm at kitchen shelf. Height of table is 750 mm.
• Access available to the restaurant, shop and patio in the main building
• Access available to the pool and the boardwalk along the river.
