• Pathways in the resort are brick paved and roads are tarred. Level access to the patio and front entrance of chalet no. 19 via a pathway from the paved, undercover parking bay.
• Adequate space in the bedroom with access to the cupboards.  No lowered hang rail. Height of bed is 590 mm. Small vanity shelf with mirror present.
• Adequate space in bathroom for manoeuvring of wheelchair. No bath available.
• Roll-in shower with a lever tap and overhead shower. Height of shower seat is 560 mm and grab rail is 1020 mm. Grab rail positioned behind the shower seat.
• Leg space of 680 mm underneath the basin with standard taps and vanity shelf. No mirror or towel rail within reach.
• The floor space next to the toilet is slightly sloped towards the shower. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 700 mm and height of toilet seat is 420 mm. No grab rails present.
• Adequate space in the kitchen and lounge with access to all the facilities. Height of work surface and table is 920 mm.
• Access to the restaurant and pool at the main building.
