• Transfer space of 580 mm between the toilet and shower.  Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 700 mm and height of toilet seat is 480 mm. Height of grab rails is 790 mm.
• Leg space of 670 mm underneath the basin with lever tap. Height of shelf is 1090 mm. The large mirror is tilted forward. No mirror available for shaving.
• Access available to the lounge and dining room via a long ramp.
• One step to access the pool and patio through the exterior doors of the lounge.
