• Level access to the side entrance from the paved parking area. Access via a small ramp and pathway to the main entrance and veranda.
• Adequate space in the bedroom with access to the cupboards. No lowered hang rail. Height of bed is 560 mm and leg space at the desk is 570 mm.
• Adequate space in bathroom for turning of wheelchair. Small ramp at door entrance of 750 mm and door opens to outside. No bath available.
• Roll-in shower with two standard taps and adjustable hand shower. Space of 610 mm   between toilet seat and shower wall. Taps not within reach of the toilet.
• Leg space of 700 mm underneath the basin with lever tap. Shelf and mirror within reach. Space of 900 mm between basin and opposite wall.
• Limited space next to the toilet for side-ways transfer. Measurement from wall to front of toilet is 720 mm and height of toilet seat is 520 mm. Height of grab rail is 730  mm.
• The indoor access to the lounge and dining area has two small platform steps. Level access via the outdoor pathway on the veranda.
